The Fastest Cure for Excessive Foot Sweating
What’s your most embarrassing moment? For me it was hanging out at a dinner party with friends. The couple who had invited everyone over just got new carpeting and were insistent that everyone remove their shoes upon entering the house. Well, at least I wore nice socks! About a quarter of the way through the meal, my foot odor was undeniably consuming the air around the table. People were polite at first, but then snickers turned into all out finger pointing. My husband was perhaps as embarrassed as I was. It was pretty humiliating.

That was the night I decided to find the solution to my excessive foot sweating. I just couldn’t deal with the problem any longer. I’ve been well aware of my excessive foot sweating for some time now. I even saw doctors about it. Turned out I had been diagnosed with primary hyperhidrosis. That means I have hyperactive sweat glands that perspire uncontrollably no matter what the weather or temperature is like. Well, that explained my sopping wet shoes but that didn’t answer my main concern. How can I make it stop?

My doctor told me about surgical options. A procedure called a sympathectomy would cut the nerves that led to the sweat glands in question. The problem with this solution? A lot of patients who go this route end up with what’s called compensatory sweating. I could walk out of the hospital and in just a few weeks have a problem with sweaty palms. Not for me. Plus, surgery sounds so drastic.

My second option was going with botox injections. This wasn’t a great option either. They’re very expensive, costing up to $300 or more per injection and you have to go back every 6 months to keep up with it. My problem was bad, but I didn’t want to shell out that kind of money for a temporary fix. I wanted a solution that would nip this problem in the bud once and for all.

A few weeks after consulting with the doctor about the botox alternative, I stumbled upon a site with tons of natural remedies that cured the sweating within two weeks. The natural remedies include home solutions like tea leaf soaking and apple vinegar tablespoon supplements. I was skeptical at first but after 9 days I began seeing results. And after two weeks, my excessive foot sweating had ceased altogether. Now these natural remedies are part of a once a month regimen. You can view them all at www.prevent-sweating.com I highly recommend the resources on this site if you want to cure your excessive sweating for good.
